In recent past, we went very aggressive on monetisation. Prices were increased 15x due to the fact that we were under monetised compared to the value platform delivered. As a consequence we had trailers blocking roads around the office, dealers burning our flags and massively leaving the platform. That was true Wake up call for us. Rolling back prices was not an option!
In a year from that, we not only recovered but continued accelerating in monetisation. Today we are stronger than ever before! I will share our journey how we manage to recover, change perception, build relations and strengthen our market position at the same time.
